The old gold will join fellow Premier League and Championship clubs in the draw, which takes place between 7 and 7.30pm on BBC Two and online.
The draw takes place at Anfield and can be followed on the Emirates FA Cup Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts, as well as TV.
Third round will take place on the weekend of Saturday 7th January, meaning the tie will be Julen Lopetegui’s fifth game in charge of Wolves.
The old gold, who beat Sheffield United in the third round last season, before bowing out one round later against Norwich City, will be ball number 44 on Monday.
