Costa returned to the Premier League by joining the pack and has since made six appearances in the old gold in the top-flight after making his debut away at West Ham United in September.
Bringing Costa back to England has seen the 34-year-old continue what has been an illustrious career so far.
The Spanish international has also won a string of individual and team accolades throughout his time in the game, including two La Liga titles with Atletico Madrid and two Premier League titles with Chelsea.
