Hosted by Wolves TV presenter Gemma Frith, the webinar will introduce and profile four of the club’s exceptional female employees, before discussing their individual journeys and looking at what it is like to be a woman in the football industry.
The Women at Wolves Webinar will be around an hour in length, and is open to anybody who has an interest in learning about the industry, Wolves or women in football, with attendees also getting a chance to put their own questions to the panel.

The panel of guests is made up of head of Academy operations Laura Nicholls, HR director Zoe Brough, head of Academy medical Pauline Robertson and scouting and recruitment administrator Fay Vale.
Nicholls, who has worked at the club since 2011, was the Wolves Foundation’s sports development manager and senior manager, before making the move to the Academy in 2020, leading on its operations at the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
Brough joined Wolves from Manchester City in 2018 to become the club’s first dedicated head of HR, and has led on evolving that area of the business, whilst also spearheading the club’s equality, diversity and inclusion efforts.
Robertson has been in football since 2002, working and leading the medical teams at a plethora of clubs and organisations, including Hamilton Academical, Coventry City and the Scottish Football Association, before joining Wolves in 2019.
Vale is in her second spell with Wolves, first spending 2003 to 2013 as PA to the first team manager, which included spells with Glenn Hoddle and Mick McCarthy, before returning in 2018 to support the Academy and then the scouting and recruitment team with administration.
Wolves inaugural One Pack Week has been created to celebrate and promote the equality, diversity and inclusion work that the club undertakes across all areas of the business, from Foundation to first team, staff to supporters.
Whilst the hard work continues throughout the year, Wolves will use One Pack Week as a dedicated period to spotlight the club’s One Pack values and showcase some of the incredible work across the organisation.
