This weekend will see two of Kenny Jackett's former clubs come together to celebrate the life of the popular manager who passed away earlier this summer aged just 64.
Kenny lifted the League One title with a record points tally during the first of his three incredible seasons at Molineux, having spent his entire playing career at Watford, which saw him turn out 428 times for the Hornets and scoring 34 goals, before manging at Vicarage Road.
As Wolves and Watford face off in Saturday's 3pm kick-off, the game will pay tribute to the popular former manager and we are honoured to have members of Kenny's family and close friends in attendance at Molineux.
The matchday programme is also dedicated to Kenny, featuring on a specially created cover, while several pages inside will honour the man who guided the Old Gold back from the depths of the third tier following successive relegations from the Premier League to kick start the club's revival and hears from some of the people who knew him best.
Wolves TV have also created a tribute to Kenny with a video which is now live on YouTube and social media, as his close friend and assistant Joe Gallen, and former Wolves players Carl Ikeme, Dave Edwards and Conor Coady, share their memories of the much-loved manager.
The quartet talk about the cherished moments they shared with Kenny during their time together while explaining what life was like behind the scenes during the outstanding 2013/14 season and the reasons why he was able to come into Wolves and have such a monumental impact on the football club.
In an emotional reflection of Kenny's Wolves tenure, Joe also reveals what he was like as a man behind the public image he had as a successful football manager and the pride the pair had in making history with the Old Gold.
While Carl and Dave talk about the transformative impact Kenny had on their careers and Conor discusses how Kenny was the catalyst for the club’s rise and return to the Premier League.
