Supporters are being invited to play a key role in shaping the future of fan engagement at Wolves, with applications now open to join the club’s refreshed Fan Focus Groups for the 2026/27 season.
As part of the club’s ongoing commitment to listening to supporters and embedding fan voices across the organisation, the Fan Focus Groups provide a dedicated forum where fans can share their experiences, ideas and feedback on some of the most important aspects of club life. Working alongside the Fan Advisory Board (FAB), the groups help ensure supporter insight directly informs decision-making, service delivery and future planning.
Fans interested in becoming a member can apply through the online application form here: Fan Focus Group Application 2026 – Fill in form
The application window will remain open until Sunday 16th August.
Membership is open to all supporters through a transparent application process. Successful applicants will form part of groups made up of up to 20 supporters, selected by a club panel to ensure a diverse and representative cross-section of the Wolves fanbase.
Fan experience
The Fan Experience Focus Group provides supporters with a unique opportunity to play an active role in shaping the future of the Wolves supporter journey, both at Molineux and beyond. Members will work closely with the club, and external partners where necessary, to share feedback, ideas and real-life experiences, helping to influence improvements across a wide range of fan touchpoints.
Discussions will cover key areas including matchday atmosphere, stadium facilities, catering, fan zones, entertainment, ticketing processes, retail experiences, museum and stadium tours, digital services and, where appropriate, the experience of supporting Wolves at away fixtures. Through open and constructive dialogue, participants will help ensure the club continues to deliver a high-quality, consistent and memorable experience for all supporters.
As a member of the group, you will have the opportunity to contribute to several important projects and initiatives, including:
- Providing feedback and helping shape plans for the club’s 150th anniversary fixture.
- Influencing the development of an enhanced and refreshed fan zone experience.
- Supporting the rollout of digital ticketing and ticket forwarding, including trial participation, testing user journeys, reviewing FAQs and helping develop supporter guides.
- Evaluating and providing feedback on the food and beverage offering at Molineux.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the overall supporter experience before, during and after matchdays.
This is a valuable opportunity for supporters to have their voices heard, contribute directly to club decision-making and help create the best possible experience for Wolves fans now and in the future

The group will explore a range of important topics, including equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), environmental sustainability, safeguarding, community engagement and broader social responsibility programmes.
Through open discussion and collaboration, participants will gain a deeper understanding of these areas while having the opportunity to share perspectives, offer advice and influence the direction of future initiatives.
As a member of the group, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects and campaigns, including:
- Providing feedback and support for supporter activations and engagement initiatives linked to key awareness and celebration fixtures.
- Helping shape activities, messaging and fan engagement surrounding campaigns such as One Pack Week and the One Pack, One Planet fixture.
- Advising on the club’s approach to equality, inclusion and accessibility across the supporter experience.

As Wolves Women continues to grow, this group will play an important role in ensuring the supporter experience evolves alongside the team and its audience. The club will not be taking applications to join this group at this point in time.
