Doherty discusses his initial move to Wolverhampton from Ireland and speaks with honestly about those early years with the club, admitting his professionalism at the time wasn’t as it is now.
The defender was transformed under Nuno Espirito Santo at Molineux, and he speaks positively about that era and explains exactly why Wolves were so successful under the Portuguese, who he remains in touch with now.
