The prize draw is open to any entrant who purchases a Wolves membership, except employees of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (1986) Limited (the "Club"), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 

Prize draw is open to participants living in the UK and internationally. 

To enter the prize draw, participants must purchase an official Wolverhampton Wanderers membership.  

The opening date for entries is 3:00pm on 20 June 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm on 3 July 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered, but personal data supplied by the participant may still be processed in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Club’s privacy policy.  

A winner from each membership group (5) will be chosen by random draw on 4 July 2024.  

Each winner will receive 1 official 2024/25 Wolverhampton Wanderers home shirt. 

The winner will be notified by email (using details on the member account) before 5th July 2024. If the winner does not respond to the Club within 48 hours of being notified by the Club, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Club will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win. Collecting the prize from Molineux is also an option. 

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.  

The Club reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Club’s control makes it necessary to do so.  

The decision of the Club regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

The Club must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Club will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails youngwolves@wolves.co.uk or writes to Young Wolves, Waterloo Rd, Wolverhampton WV1 4QR within one month after the closing date stated in paragraph 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Club at youngwolves@wolves.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Club must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  

The Club reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Club, the Club’s agents and the Club’s distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Club, Levy UK, the Club’s agents or the Club’s distributors or that of their employees. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected. 

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in these prize draw terms and conditions and in the Club’s Privacy Policy. See also paragraph 12 with regard to the announcement of winners. 

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
