Walking Football

Walking Football is a slower, less physical version of the traditional game. The game is designed to be inclusive for all.

It is a great way to keep active and allows people to get back into football if they have previously had to stop due to injury or age.

The sessions are designed for those who are aged 50+, however exceptions can be made dependent on circumstance.

We offer 3 sessions per week:

Monday – 4pm – 5pm @ Foundation Arena – £2
Tuesday – 5.30pm – 6.45pm @ Foundation Arena – £2

For more information please contact mattcampbell@wolves.co.uk or 07908 101608.

Please note: Walking Cricket is currently on hold and will return Friday 8th September at times below.

Walking Cricket is a less intense more social version of the traditional game.

The game is played at walking pace and delivers cricketing skills to players who may not have played for a while. For new players the format provides a different way of keeping fit and active.

Our sessions are focused for adults 50+ but anyone aged 18+ is welcome.
Our session takes place on Fridays, 2.15pm – 3.45pm at the Foundation Indoor Arena, WV Active (WV6 9NW). It is FREE to attend.
