Job Title: Part Time U16 Head Coach – Regional Talent Centre
Department: Wolves Community Trust
Reporting to: Player Development Manager
Closing date: 3rd January
Salary range: £16 per coaching hours
Match days: £30 home fixture and £40 away fixture
To demonstrate a clear understanding of the Club Philosophy and Elite female football.
Be willing to promote the Club Football Philosophy.
To follow a Club Technical Coaching programme to aid female player development
To complete any FA documentation that is required
Multi-disciplinary communication to ensure the well-being and holistic development of the elite female players.
To plan and deliver elite coaching sessions.
To attend scheduled CPD events provided by Wolves Regional Talent Club
Mentoring fellow coaches.
Place Of Work
Various sites across Wolverhampton
You will be required to undertake travel as is necessary to fulfill your job requirements such as away fixtures
Casual Contract will be offered
Monday & Wednesday evenings (6:30pm – 9pm)
Saturday mornings (Variable)
Essential Skills & Experience
UEFA ‘B’ License
FA Youth Modules 1 & 2
Member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Availability for flexible working hours
Able to communicate effectively with RTC staff, senior management staff, players and parents
Dedicated to self-improvement and personal development
Desirable Skills & Experience
Has previous experience of coaching players in an elite environment
Has previous experience of working with female players
UEFA ‘A’ License
FA Youth Module 3
Degree in relevant Discipline
Excellent IT and presentation skills
