Corporate Wolves Hospitality Terms and Conditions
  1.  DEFINITIONS
    1.1 “Ground Regulations” means our ground regulations and the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, the FA Premier League and the Football League in respect of the relevant Match
    1.2 “Match” means any occasion when there shall be a football match at the Stadium
    1.3 “Match to Match” refers to bookings made for individual Matches
    1.4 “Seasonal booking” refers to bookings made for every home League Match in the 2018/2019 season
    1.5 “Stadium” means the football stadium known as Molineux and the land around it in our possession or control
    1.6 “we” “our” or “us” means Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club (1986) Limited
    1.7 “you” or “your” means the customer booking with us

    2. SEASONAL BOOKINGS
    2.1 The Early Bird seasonal booking admits the holder to 19 home League matches played in the Premier League and the first two cup matches played at Molineux. Plus all home reserve matches.
    2.2 The Seasonal booking booked after the Priority window admits the holder to 19 home league matches played in the Premier League plus all home reserve matches.

    3. LOST TICKETS
    3.1 We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for tickets or smartcards that are lost or destroyed. An administration charge of £10 per card will be made for the replacement of any of the above.
    3.2 There will be a cost of £50 to replace any lost car park pass.
    3.3 We are unable guarantee ticket re- prints on the day of a game.

    4. CORRESPONDENCE
    4.1 All correspondence should be marked with your customer reference number which can be found at the top of your enclosed letter and/or on your membership card.

    5. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
    5.1 It is important that you notify any change of address in writing to the Commercial Department.

    6. CAR PARKING
    6.1 Please be aware that road closures are in effect on a match day. Details can be found on the Wolves website or in your ticket information pack.
    6.2There will be a delay of a minimum of 15 minutes when leaving all car parks after the final whistle to assist in the safe dispersal of all supporters.
    6.3 Car parking spaces are issued on the basis of one space per four persons in a party. A minimum of two adult hospitality places must be booked before parking is issued.
    6.4 Additional car parking bays will not be issued by the commercial department. However, a limited amount of parking is available to purchase from the Ticket Office.
    6.5 Under no circumstances are car park permits to be passed on, loaned or sold.
    6.6 The Club shall not be responsible for any damage or theft of any motor vehicle parked at the stadium.

    7. PHOTOGRAPHERS
    7.1 Please note that photographers will be present at various matches throughout the season and some crowd photographs may be used for media purposes. You hereby consent to your image being used in this way. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss this further, please contact our Marketing Department.

    8. CCTV
    8.1 CCTV is employed and operated within the Stadium for the purpose of control and safety of spectators. Recorded images may be used as evidence.

    9. CONFIRMATIONS
    9.1 Seasonal bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed hospitality contract.
    9.2 Match to match bookings are not guaranteed until the commercial department receive confirmation in writing or via email as per the booking confirmation form.
    *A confirmed booking creates a contract under which you purchase from us the ticket(s) indicated in your booking. Once a booking is confirmed, our cancellation policy, as detailed in section 15, applies.

    10. PAYMENT TERMS
    10.1 Payment for Seasonal bookings must be made in full at the time of booking.
    10.2 If a standing order payment plan has been agreed initial payment of 30% must be paid by credit or debit card at the time of booking followed by three standing order payments in the following months. 1st June, 1st July, 1st August 2018. If any standing order is unpaid for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and to claim or retain, as the case may be, 25% of the full payment which you acknowledge is a reasonable pre-estimate of our losses. In the case of non-payment of the initial payment, section 15 will apply.
    10.3 Seasonal bookings confirmed after the Priority Window period – full payment is required by 21st July 2018.
    10.4 Match to match bookings – for a fixture booked under a company name more than one month in advance, an invoice will be sent and payment in full is required upon receipt of the invoice. All other bookings must be paid for at the time of purchase.
    10.5 In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such a situation, the cancellation terms as detailed in section 15 will apply.
    10.7 Please note that, if the match is less than two weeks away, we do not accept payment by cheque. In this instance, we only accept payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card or cash.
    10.8 TICKETS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL WE ARE IN RECEIPT OF FULL CLEARED FUNDS.
    10.9 No cash payments will be accepted on a match day.

    11. DRESS CODE SEASONAL AREAS
    11.1 A smart dress code applies on a match day. Smart shoes must be worn, trainers are not permitted. Any persons wearing sportswear, clothing displaying any offensive branding or football colours will be denied entrance. Smart denim is acceptable. Smart is defined as not faded or torn.
    11.2 Denim and Ugg boots are not permitted in the President’s Club and gentlemen in the President’s Club must wear a shirt with a collar.
    11.3 Ugg Boots are not permitted in the Boardroom

    11.4 For match to match bookings please refer to the booking confirmation for the relevant dress code

    DRESS CODE ALL AREAS
    11.5 It is your responsibility to inform your guests of dress codes.
    11.6 The dress code is subject to change by us at any time.

    12. HOSPITALITY
    12.1 For match to match bookings, parties of less than ten cannot be guaranteed a private table.
    12.2 Match Sponsorships are based on parties of ten.
    12.3 We need to be informed of any special dietary requirements prior to the match in which you are attending. We will endeavour to meet requests made on the day but we are unable to guarantee this.
    12.4 Guest arriving less than 45 minutes prior to Kick off may be subject to a limited menu. We will endeavour to meet the package specifications booked but we are unable to guarantee this.

    13. AWAY FANS
    13.1 We must be advised of any away supporters in your party. We may be able to arrange for them to be located with the away supporters but please be aware that this will result in half time and full time refreshments being forfeited (if this is part of the package booked).
    13.2 If you do have away fans in your party who don’t relocate, please ensure they are made fully aware that they are seated with home supporters. If they are identified as away supporters, we reserve the right to remove them from the Stadium for their own safety.

    14. RE-ARRANGED MATCHES
    14.1 Hospitality agreement forms are still binding for matches that are re-arranged for reasons out of our control e.g. TV commitments, police requests or weather conditions.
    14.2 Cancellation charges, as detailed in section 15, will apply to re-arranged fixtures.
    14.3 We will endeavour to transfer your booking to another match to avoid a cancellation charge but this is subject to availability.

    15. CANCELLATION CHARGES
    15.1 Should cancellation be necessary, please note that the following charges will apply:
    90-61 days prior to the event – 25% of total charge
    60-31 days prior to the event – 50% of total charge
    30-15 days prior to the event – 75% of total charge
    Less than 15 days prior to the event – 100% of total charge.
    15.2 Seasonal bookings are subject to a 100% cancellation charge from the date the Commercial Department receive a signed hospitality contract.

    16. GROUND REGULATIONS
    16.1 Entry to the ground is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of the Ground Regulations which incorporate our Customer Charter (if any).
    16.2 Entry to the ground shall constitute acceptance of the Ground Regulations.

    17. SMOKING
    17.1 In line with government legislation, the Stadium is a no smoking venue.
    17.2 You are allowed to smoke in the open areas outside of the Stadium (provided they collect the correct match-specific ‘pass-out’) up to 15 minutes prior to kick off and not before 15 minutes after the final whistle. You will not be re admitted to the Stadium if you leave after 15 minutes prior to kick off.
    17.3 Electronic smoking devices are not permitted in hospitality areas.

    18. CHRISTMAS PARTIES
    18.1 In the unlikely event of a televised fixture (resulting in a late kick off) in December, we reserve the right to move your post match facility to an alternative area.

    19. LICENSING LAWS AND REGULATIONS
    19.1 In order to conform to licensing laws and regulations, no alcohol consumption is permitted in view of the pitch in the period starting 15 minutes prior to kick off and ending 15 minutes after the final whistle.

    How we use your data
    We will use the information you provide us, or we have garnered from web-based technology, for administration, marketing, customer services and profiling your purchasing preferences. We will disclose your information to our service providers and agents for these purposes and if compelled to do so law enforcement agencies. We may keep your information for a reasonable period to contact you about our services, offers and promotions.

    How we share your data
    We will share your information with organisations who are our business partners. They may contact you by mail, telephone, SMS, fax or e-mail to let you know about any goods, services or promotions i.e. Season ticket discount offers and other discount offers from our business partners.

    Your consent
    By providing this information you consent to our processing your sensitive personal data for the above purposes. To make sure we follow your instructions correctly and to improve our service to you through training of our staff, we may monitor or record communications. When you give us information about another person, you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them, to consent to the processing of their personal data, including sensitive personal data and to receive on their behalf any data protection notices.

    Your rights
    If you wish to exclude yourself from receiving either Wolves related offers (i.e. season ticket discounts, kit promotions) or information from third parties/ our business partners you can do so by sending an email to data@wolves.co.uk or writing to the Data Controller, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
