Permission must be sought in advance from the Stadium Manager to arrange the use of very large flags that are designed to be passed over people's heads. In these cases the flag must be flame retardant and the organiser bring the flag into the stadium will be required to submit, in advance the relevant H&S certification. However, we cannot currently accommodate these large flags in the away supporter sections of the stadium.
