Young Fans Photocall Delight
Almost a thousand supporters flocked to the Wolves photocall yesterday to see the team face the cameras ahead of the new season.
Junior Season Ticket Holders and Young Wolves members for 2009/10 were entitled to free tickets for themselves and an accompanying adult and many took advantage of what has become a popular annual event.
The young fans were able to view at first hand all the intricacies of masterminding the team photo which will be seen in various newspapers and publications both now and during the season.
And despite having spent a long time posing for all the different shots, Mick McCarthy and his players made sure no fans were left disappointed by spending an hour signing autographs and posing for even more snaps with delighted supporters.
Among those keen to meet their heroes were Harry Tabbott, aged eight, and his brother Charlie, aged five.
From Long Eaton, the brothers love attending Young Wolves events but this was the first time they had attended the photocall.

"We've been Young Wolves members for three years and have got Season Tickets with Mum and Dad for next season," said Harry.
Cameron Floyd, aged nine from Stourbridge, a season ticket holder who sits with his Dad in the Jack Harris Stand, also took the opportunity to catch up with his favourite player - Sylvan Ebanks-Blake.

And another season ticket holder Harry Walker, who came to the photocall with his Grandad Terry Steventon, met up with his favourite player Matt Jarvis.

There was also an extra special treat in store for fans yesterday as the Family Information Centre was opened up allowing them to have a free picture with the Championship Trophy.
Only ticketholders to the photocall were able to take advantage of the special offer, and they queued in their hundreds for the once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Yesterday's events - as well as the Double Discount in the club's retail store - were just a small snippet of the benefits associated with being a member of Young Wolves.
