Wolves Aid has donated £10,000 towards the cost of a new 'Smiley Bus' for Penn Hall School. The state-of-the-art mini-bus has been specifically adapted for wheelchair use.
Penn Hall School is based in Penn, Wolverhampton and is focussed on children with learning and physical disabilities.
According to The Football League, Wolves Aid is the largest charity of its type in football donating thousands of pounds per year to local charities and community groups.
Over the past 12 months, Wolves Aid has donated over £90,000. Benefitting charities have included Wolverhampton Multi-care, Access to Business and Broadmeadows Special School.
Wolves Aid is now a part of Wolves Community Trust - Wolves' official charitable trust, which provides community schemes based around Health, Education, Social Inclusion, Community Sports and now, via Wolves Aid, community donations.
