The staunchest of Wolves supporters have to miss games from time-to-time because of special occasions or unforeseen events.

Therefore, Wolves has developed a new Buy Back scheme for its most loyal fans, which offers additional choice and flexibility for season ticket holders who want to offer their seat for resale at a particular game.

If successfully resold, the season ticket holder will receive 50% of the match ticket resale price, which will then be banked as a credit towards next year's season ticket (see below for more details).

If the supporter chooses not to renew, then their credits will be lost.

The supporter's seat will only be offered for resale once all other tickets have been sold. See below for all of the details.

The scheme will enable as many fellow fans as possible to see the games who otherwise may have missed out. In turn the team will hopefully benefit from the support of a packed out Molineux and a repeat of the fantastic backing they received during Wolves' last Barclays Premier League season.

The Buy Back Scheme will be available for the first time against Hull City (29th August 2009) with request slips accepted three weeks prior to the game.

How It Works:

·       Simply complete a 'Buy Back' request slip which is provided below/opposite or available to download from www.wolves.co.uk and ensure you attach the relevant home match voucher for the game you are not able to attend, you can call the ticket office approx three weeks before the game to confirm the home match voucher number or this can be found on the 'Ticket News' section of our website. If you are unsure of the steps on how to submit your 'Buy Back' request visit www.wolves.co.uk and simply follow the online 'Buy Back Scheme' release instructions.

·       Once you have posted/submitted your 'Buy Back' request to the ticket office your request will be activated and your season ticket book will not allow you entry for that particular game.

·       Your released seat will be made available for sale once all other available home non season ticket seats are sold.

·       If your seat is successfully resold you will receive a credit against the cost for your season ticket for next season.

·       The credit value issued to you is 50% of the ticket price at which your released match ticket is sold.  Therefore your price category as a season ticket holder does not determine the credit value issued.

·       You can check online if your ticket has been sold.

·       If your ticket has not been sold and you decide you would like to attend the match after all you will need to purchase a normal match ticket (if available) at full price as your season ticket book will not allow you entry to that game.

·       The value of the ticket(s) sold will be held in your online account until the end of the season and then deducted from the Season Ticket renewal price for the following season. Credits against your Season Ticket Renewal for games played after the 2010/11 Season Ticket Renewal notification is issued will count towards 2011/12 Season Ticket Renewal prices.

Lynne O'Reardon, Wolves' Head of Ticketing and Membership, said: "We are aware that sometimes even the club's most loyal and dedicated fans need to miss a game at Molineux for a whole variety of reasons, and are therefore unable to use their season ticket.

"The new season ticket Buy Back scheme will offer those fans increased choice and potentially money off their next season ticket.

"In addition this scheme will ensure as many deserving fans as possible get to see the games in a packed out Molineux.

"We've worked hard to create a simple and easy to understand system to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible for supporters wishing to take up the scheme over the forthcoming season."
