A left back who can also operate in the centre, Hill joined Wolves for an undisclosed fee on September 1 but saw his debut delayed after picking up a knee injury in training shortly afterwards.
He made his belated bow in Wolves colours in the 3-0 win over
Although in and out of the team in his first season, Hill finished up with 14 appearances and in particular played a crucial role in helping the team recover from their dip in form in January and February of 2009.
He made his Premier League bow for Wolves in the defeat at Blackburn in September, 2009.
