At the end of his two-year Academy scholarship in 2010 he was one of three players to sign a professional contract to move from the Academy to the Development group.
During the 2010/11 season Reckord enjoyed his first taste of senior football with Northampton Town, making seven appearances.
And he followed that up by starting the first pre-season friendly ahead of the 2011/12 season away at Crewe.
