London Wolves 

Michael Mancienne returned from Chelsea for a third loan spell with Wolves at the start of the 2010/11 season.

The highly-rated defender agreed a second successive season long loan at Molineux having previously spent a spell on loan at the club in 2008.

Of his ten Wolves appearances between October and December of 2008, the club won six, drew three and lost only one.

His form while at Wolves also earned him a first senior England call-up for a friendly game with Germany in Berlin in November, for which he was an unused substitute.

Mancienne was then recalled by Chelsea in January to feature in six games for the Blues, including coming off the bench in the Champions League win over Juventus, and the Londoners won all six.

He was named Young Player of the Year at Chelsea for the 2008/09 season.

His second loan stay at Molineux in the 2009/10 season also saw him feature in central midfield as well as the heart of the defence.

He made 33 appearances in total during the season-long loan before returning to Stamford Bridge having helped Wolves to survival.

But the departure was brief, Mancienne returning to Wolves for another year a week into the 2010/11 campaign.
