Denes Rosa impressed manager Glenn Hoddle during a trial period in December 2005 and he joined Wolves for an undisclosed nominal fee from Ferencvaros when the transfer window opened on 1st January, 2006 on a six month contract.
Capped ten times by Hungary, the midfielder made his debut for Wolves at Coventry when he came on as a substitute midway through the second-half.
He scored his first goal for the club in the victory over Cardiff City in March but suffered a groin strain during the game that was to keep him out until the final fixture of the season when he was on target again - this time against Norwich at Carrow Road.
At the end of the campaign he signed a new three year deal but he figured just once in the 2006/07 season and spent a short loan spell with Cheltenham Town before being transfer listed at the end of the term.
Denes missed a great portion of the 2007/08 campaign having suffered a groin problem that needed surgery.
