Steven Fletcher and Jelle Van Damme look set to return to the Wolves squad for tomorrow's trip to Fulham.
But Steven Mouyokolo and Ronald Zubar will stay behind to train as both recover from hamstring problems.
The returning internationals have also checked back in at Compton with a clean bill of health leaving the boss with plenty of options for the testing trip to Craven Cottage.
"Fletch and Jelle are alright and both trained yesterday and look o-k," said Mick.
"It is nice that both international set-ups, Scotland and Belgium, considered the players and not just kept them up.
"It was good of them to let them come back and I appreciate that.
"To be honest I would have loved Fletch to go away and have a game.
"He has come back and not injured which is fine but he has only had 50 minutes against Stoke and 18 minutes against Newcastle.
"He has not had enough football and you get better just by playing games and if he'd been right maybe 90 minutes for Scotland would have done him good.
"But what they did by saying they were not going to inject him, and not take the risk, is giving a fair bit of consideration to us and the player.
"Bone bruising does take a long time to heal but there is nothing more wrong - we've had it scanned and x-rayed."
Kevin Doyle and Michael Mancienne were the two busiest performers playing extensively for the Republic of Ireland and England-under-21s respectively.
They were eased back in yesterday but the boss is at least heartened by the change in the international calendar - offering countries the chance to play on Friday and Tuesday evenings - ensuring all his squad were back ready for Thursday morning.
"The extra day to recover is a great bit of news for everyone, it makes sense," said Mick.
"The extra 24 hours makes a huge difference and is going to be beneficial for all of us.
"Ireland could have been in Armenia on a Wednesday with a six hour flight back with a four hour time difference, getting back on Thursday, so players only being to train on Friday and probably just having to rest.
"Instead, they've got three days to recover so it should help all of us."
Marcus Bent makes his first trip with the squad for tomorrow's game since arriving on loan from Birmingham.
