Adlene Guedioura has set his sights on more goals for Wolves after breaking his international duck in some style for Algeria.
The midfielder struck with a spectacular effort from fully 30 yards in his country's 1-1 draw with Tanzania last Friday, his first goal in international colours.
And as he continues his battle for a starting spot at Molineux, he admits he would like to add to his impressive first goal for the club which won the game against Sunderland on the final day of last season.
"I'm delighted to have scored my first international goal," says Guedioura.
"It was important because it wasn't only my first goal but also an equalising goal.
"To be honest I think we deserved to go on and win the game and a draw wasn't the best result but it gives us something going into the next game.
"As soon as I received the ball I saw I had the space to try and shoot.
"I took my chance and managed to find the net so I was very happy and the crowd were very happy also."
Has Guedioura a history of equally spectacular strikes elsewhere?
"When I was playing for Creteil in France I remember scoring eight goals in a season and a couple from shots like this," he responds.
"One of them was even better than this one.
"Hopefully now I can get one in for Wolves as well!
"I do like to shoot when I can and I'm in the right positions.
"In modern football teams cannot rely on just strikers to score, they need to come from everywhere.
"If you look at Frank Lampard I think he scored 22 goals in a season from midfield.
"I'm not solely focused on trying to score goals but if I have a chance I like to have a shot to try and help the team.
"I do like to get forward and try and be a threat to the opposition.
"But my first job is to keep the ball and get tackles in and win the ball back in the midfield."

The 24-year-old has come off the bench in two of Wolves' three Barclays Premier League games so far - setting up the equaliser at Everton - as well as starting the Carling Cup win against Southend.
He admits he is "happy" with how things have gone so far, but still keen to aim for better fortunes both individually and for the team.
"I'm happy with how things have gone," he adds.
"I know a lot of people have talked about my contribution at Everton but that has gone now.
"I have to look forward because the season is very long!
"I hope that I can impress more and show that I can start games and contribute to the team."
Next up as he tries to make that contribution is Saturday's trip to Craven Cottage to tackle Mark Hughes's Fulham.
"We know Fulham will be another tough game for us away from home which makes it more difficult," says Guedioura.
"But we are prepared for it and can go there feeling confident we can get a good result.
"With that confidence we can move forward.
"We are happy with the start but it's only three games - there are another 35 to go!
"We have to be concentrated and focused on every game and try and pick up as many points as we can."
