The spate of 6-0 scorelines in the first couple of weeks of the season have certainly been hogging the headlines when it comes to the Barclays Premier League.
And none more so than tomorrow's visitors Newcastle, whose thrashing of Aston Villa last weekend seemed to take everyone by surprise.
But for Wolves' Kevin Foley, that result doesn't change anything.
Wolves always knew and anticipated a stiff Toon test at Molineux tomorrow, and their six-goal salvo simply re-inforced the message.
"Nobody is under any illusions that Newcastle is going to be anything but a very tough game," says Foley.
"They have got players who have been there and done it in this league.
"They'll be on a high after their last league result against Villa.
"They took them on at St James Park and stuck six goals past them!
"But we were never going to be taking them lightly even after they lost to Manchester United.
"Every game is different, and every game in this division is tough.
"Of course you notice a result like the 6-0.
"I remember last season Tottenham beat Wigan 9-1 at home and we went there for their next home match and ended up winning 1-0.
"I don't think it will be in our heads that Newcastle have won 6-0, it's just another game.
"They've got a striker in top form in Andy Carroll who is a very good player.
"Anyone who gets a hat trick in the Premier League has got something about them.
"He's a strong player who scores goals but hopefully we've got the defenders to be able to handle him."
Wolves do however also head into tomorrow's game in confident mood having started the season with four points from two in the league and progress in the Carling Cup albeit in the last throes of extra time against Southend.
"Thankfully we got through the other night without having to go to penalties," adds Foley.
"Southend put up a good performance and it was a difficult game but we made it through.
"And in the league we're very happy with out start to far.
"Getting good results in the first two games has been important and it's been very solid and given us something to build on."

Having spent the majority of last season operating on the right hand side of midfield Foley started the first two league games back in his more customary berth at right back.
Before coming off the bench and excelling in extra time against Southend!
Competition for the right back spot has now intensified with Ronald Zubar's return to fitness - but that's all good from Foley's point of view.
"We need competition and can't just have one player in each position through the team," he explains.
"Right back is exactly the same.
"It's only healthy for the team and as long as the team are doing well, and I'm playing well, then I'm happy.
"At the end of the day it's a team game but if you're playing well you've got a better chance of staying in the team.
"That competition keeps you on your toes."
It is perhaps ironic that despite the quality brought in to the club over the summer, injuries meant the matchday squad at Goodison Park last weekend comprised players all of whom were at Molineux last season.
And the experience garnered by the Premier League rookies last season certainly appears to have made its mark on the Wolves squad.
"The boys are feeling a bit more confident this year," says Foley.
"We're not getting carried away, far from it, but after having a season in the Premier League we feel more at home and don't want to be victims of Second Season Syndrome.
"We've become more used to it and not been blown away by going to the big Premier League grounds because we've been there before and know what to expect.
"It's just a case of doing our jobs and trying to pick up positive results."
