Posted on: Fri 28 May 2010

Kevin Doyle will again start for the Republic of Ireland tonight as he and Kevin Foley - expected to be named as a substitute - finally round off their long, hard season.

Irish boss Giovanni Trapattoni has made just two changes to the team which beat Paraguay on Tuesday for the game with Algeria at Dublin's RDS Arena.

And Doyle, who scored one and set up the other in Tuesday's 2-1 win, keeps his place up front alongside Robbie Keane.

Foley came off the bench to win his second cap in midweek and will be hoping to do likewise for his third in tonight's game.

The Wolves pair are pictured visiting the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Wednesday.

The recently opened 50,000 stadium has been constructed on the site of the old Lansdowne Road venue and will be home both to the Republic of Ireland and the Ireland Rugby Union team.

Meanwhile another Wolves man could be involved tonight with Adlene Guedioura in line for his first cap for Algeria as he tries to make the cut for their World Cup squad.
