Wolves midfielder Adlene Guedioura today expressed the hope he has a lot more to come after clinching a permanent deal at Molineux.
Boss Mick McCarthy has taken up the option to make Guedioura's loan move from RSC Charleroi permanent, with the 24-year-old signing a three-year contract.
And the player whose first goal for Wolves sealed yesterday's final day 2-1 win against Sunderland, admits he is delighted, but also excited that he still has more to offer.
"I'm delighted to get this contract because I have worked very hard to try and get it," he says.
"I always wanted to stay here and am really happy that the club and the staff have given me a deal.
"It's been a really nice experience and this contract is just the beginning for me.
"I'm hoping it's the start of even better days ahead.
"I've really enjoyed playing here so far and there is a really good spirit among the players.
"There are some very good players in the squad and good personalities and the fans are brilliant.
"The fans are really friendly and get right behind the team which is great when you are a player.
"I want to show them that I can play at this level and make them happy with me.
"I've only been here a few months but feel I have shown a bit of what I can do but as I say I hope it is just the beginning.
"There is a lot more to come from me and I believe I am capable of more."
Guedioura admits he has settled well in Wolverhampton, and believes his four months at Molineux have also helped seal a place in Algeria's provisional squad for South Africa.
He added: "People told me before I came that maybe Wolverhampton wasn't the best city but I have found it really nice.
"There is a great stadium here, good fans and good people.
"I don't think there's any more that you need!
"It's very good for me.
"And playing with Wolves has put me in a good position to try and go to the World Cup.
"I hope I can stay in the squad when it goes down to 23.
"Playing with Wolves in the Premier League has helped me with Algeria.
"It has been hard work for a long time but it is very satisfying."
