0: Wolves unchanged again.  Everton make one change, Rodwell for Arteta, who has a groin strain.  Fabio Capello due to make his first visit to Molineux this afternoon.

0: Teams are out.

0: Handshakes and handshakes complete, the game underway.

3: First opening to Wolves but it's a difficult one.  Doyle feeds Foley on the right and his cross is met by a prod from Jarvis which Howard watches wide.

3: Looks like Everton also lining up with one up front, Saha, with the likes of Cahill, Osman and Pienaar detailed to get forward in support.

6: Everton's first real attack sees Saha dink a cross in from the right which Foley heads clear.

Fabio Capello

6: And almost immediately a real gilt-edged opening for Everton.  Pienaar plays a one-two with Saha before crossing for Osman who's just six yards out.  Osman scored first the last time Wolves played Everton at Molineux.  But not this time, his close range effort instinctively blocked by Hahnemann.  Great save.

9: Everton are starting to really dominate the early proceedings with Wolves looking rattled in defence, uncharacteristic in recent weeks.  A routine cross causes problems and then from Neville's long throw Osman is again in space but his low shot is wide.

10: Another Everton chance with Neville's clever pass across the area dummied by both Osman and Pienaar for Saha whose low right foot drive is taken by Hahnemann.

13: Two great pieces of work by Craddock, first with a powerful challenge on Cahill and then reading Baines' intentions after the full back had latched onto a great pass down the left.

16: Osman again to the fore for the visitors cutting across the area. Mancienne gets a block on his shot and so the ball pops up nicely for Hahnemann to collect.

Karl Henry

17: Wolves try and fashion an opening on the edge of the Everton box with Jones, Doyle and Foley involved but it all gets a bit crowded and the visitors clear.

18: Wolves enjoying a spot of possession with Jones trying to fashion an opening.  Zubar then powers down the right but decides to blast the ball at the crucial moment rather than place the cross. Jagielka doesn't know much about it but it hits him and goes out for a corner!

19: Jarvis's flag kick is a good one but Howard punches clear under pressure from Berra.

Christophe Berra

20: Good work now from Foley whose cross just evades the arriving attackers.  Elokobi keeps the pressure on and then another Foley cross is met by Zubar but skims off the top of his head.  Crowd getting going now.

24: Good cross from Rodwell at the other end and Berra does well to head away.

25: There's a few Everton challenges going unpunished by referee Mike Jones (he of the Wigan penalty appeal when booking Andy Keogh!) but Wolves do get a decision when Rodwell goes in late on Foley.

26: Cahill flicks on Jagielka's long free kick and Saha has a chance but Zubar nips in well to nick the ball away. Corner. Inswinger from Baines but Hahnemann takes well.

35: All quietened down somewhat with both sides enjoying spells of possession but not turning it into clear cut chances.  Everton's defenders are taking goal kicks for Howard, who was struggling pre-match with a thigh injury.

David Jones

38: Closest so far as Saha finds space before letting fly with that left foot.  Beats Hahnemann but not the woodwork as it slams the crossbar.

42: Jarvis turns inside Heitinga and appears to be impeded by the Everton man.  Nothing doing from referee Jones. Then a similar incident the other way around sees Everton given a free kick.  Wolves have reason to feel hard done by again.

43: Free kick goes into the box and Cahill fires over from a half volley. "Who's the Scouser in the black" is the chorus from the South Bank.

44: Wolves quickly attack and Jarvis finds an inch of space but his shot is blocked by the might of Distin.

45: Jones' corner headed back into the danger zone by Zubar and while Heitinga can't clear Craddock slams the half volley over.

45: One minute added time to follow.

45+1: Doyle goes past Distin and there's not much contact but now it's Wolves' turn to get the decision.  Free kick.

45+1: Jones whips it in but it's easy for Howard.

HALF TIME: WOLVES 0-0 EVERTON

46: Back underway and the first opening sees Rodwell trying a long range shot which goes straight through to Hahnemann.

47: Jones takes the free kick which is taken easily by Howard.  But referee Jones decides to book Jones.  Possibly taking it before the whistle? Who knows.  It's a scandalous decision either way.

48: Foley swings it in next time and Howard punches away.

50: The Wolves defence has started the second half in the same shaky way as the first.  But Berra gets enough on the ball to deny Saha who was close to getting on the end of Cahill's flick-on.

53: Let-off for Wolves.  Great cross from Osman is met by Saha on the full but he heads over.  Craddock did well to get a jump in to increase the difficulty of the chance.

54: Jones takes short free kick to Elokobi whose cross is headed out for a throw-in by Cahill.  Throw-in flicked on by Berra but Jarvis fires half-volley over.

55: Now it's Craddock in with a powerful header to win the ball.  But referee Jones this time adjudges he came through the back of Cahill.  Free kick in a dangerous position.

56: Baines' free kick clips off a Wolves head in the wall and is just over. Corner.

57: Flag kick met by Cahill at the near post but his header drifts across the box and wide without any Everton foot on the end of it.  Ironic cheers as referee Jones awards a goal kick.  And now the crowd up the noise levels.

59: Foley sends a cross into the area and Jarvis keeps the ball alive but the Everton defence and then able to marshal the ball back safely to Howard.

61: Everton on the attack with Cahill teeing up Rodwell's centre for Heitinga who tries to pick his spot but it's taken comfortably by Hahnemann.

62: Foley in with what looks like a clean tackle on Pienaar.  It wasn't says the referee.  Seems to be suggesting a scissors movement as Zubar was also coming on in the other side.

62: Hahnemann comes for Baines' free kick but it's too deep and goes out for a goal kick.

Kevin Doyle and Sylvain Distin

63: Saha in strongly on Berra with a foul.  Talking-to from the referee but no card.  And yet Jones got booked earlier.  Bizarre.

65: Pienaar clips Henry's heels as he tries to break away.  For a moment it looks that even that isn't going to be a booking but finally it is.  More ironic applause.

68: Another near miss for Wolves.  Saha wins a dangerous header into the area and Elokobi has to come in to clear from Cahilll and Craddock is almost caught out by Osman only for Hahnemann to collect.

69: Another poor poor decision as Doyle battles with Jagielka and the Everton man gets the nod.   Jones, Neville and Heitinga had a bit of afters when Heitinga's efforts to grab the ball saw him kick Jones to the floor.  Talking-to from Jones this time.  "You're not fit to referee" once more from the masses.

70: Switch for Wolves with Guedioura on for Mancienne. And another poor decision as Jarvis gets the ball but is penalised. Shock!

72: Wolves trying to use their increasing frustration at the referee to positive effect.  A Jarvis centre is touched back to Foley whose first time curler is just too high.

Ronald Zubar

76: Fabulous move from Wolves, and Zubar at the heart of it.  Exchanges passes with both Foley and Doyle down the right before cutting in and firing over with his left foot.

76: Change for Everton, Yakubu for Saha.

77: Ball breaks to Osman 25 yards out but his low drive is wide.

79: Neville's long throw is headed out but straight to Pienaar whose low drive takes a deflection and out for a corner.

79: Baines delivers the flag kick but Rodwell's header is over.

80: Elokobi sends a free kick into the area and Berra climbs well for the header but can only glance the ball towards Howard rather than divert it back into the danger zone.

82: Everton break rapidly and Osman heads back for Pienaar who miskicks and it's through to Hahnemann. Fortunately the miskick had enough pace on it to go beyond Yakubu who was lurking with intent.

83: Foley delivers a deep cross and Guedioura tries a spectacular overhead kick but it's a difficult chance and well wide.

83: Switch for Everton with Gosling on for Osman.

87: Some good and patient build-up play from Wolves down the left ends with Elokobi's powerfil cross being put out for a corner.

88: There follows an almighty scramble from the flag kick and eventually the ball breaks for Doyle whose shot on the stretch is wide.

88: Final change for Everton, Bilyaletdinov on for Rodwell.

89: Crowd is 28, 995.

89: Still could be something left in this game and Craddock does well to come across and block Gosling's cross. Corner. Well-worked routine but finishes with Gosling's shot being blocked.

90: Into the last minute and it's Everton pushing forward.

90: Hahnemann to the rescue.  Cahill heads the ball across goal and it's perfect for Gosling but after his touch Hahnemann is in strongly to smother the ball.

90: Three minutes added time but there may be more as Gosling needs treatment.

90: With the game still stopped Wolves make their final two changes, Iwelumo and Ward for Doyle and Jarvis.

90: Gosling has got to his feet but very gingerly indeed.  Hobbling off to the side of the pitch.

90+2: We've now had 92 minutes but guessing there'll be another three from now.

90+3: Game restarts and Gosling back on.

90+4: Balls pumped forward by Everton being headed away.  Pienaar then gets hold of one but his low shot is again straight at Hahnemann.

90+4: So close for Everton. Cahill with another forward run clips it past Hahnemann with an overhead.  Probably creeping in but Craddock gets back to clear. Corner comes in and Craddock heads out for another one. This time it's Iwelumo with the clearing header.
