Wolves boss
Given the exertions of Saturday's win at Tottenham, only keeper Marcus Hahnemann retains his place for the game at Old Trafford.
Stefan Maierhofer makes his first league start up front and it looks like he will be supporting in attack by Andrew Surman playing as an advanced midfielder.
George Friend starts after being recalled from his loan spell at

4: Game underway and it's United with the first chance and a really good one at that. Gibson's shot breaks to Rooney who is clean through but Hahnemann makes a fine, instinctive stop with his legs.
12: United are dominating the early stages and Gibson fires in a low cross following a corner which Maierhofer can only help on into the area but it goes through and out for another flag kick.
13: Rooney in there again trying to get on the end of Evra's cross but Hahnemann out swiftly to block.
16: Wolves put together a few passes and it's the away fans in the corner of the ground who are making all the noise.
17: Rooney slips as he tries to latch on to Scholes pass
20: Wolves so close to a goal. Maierhofer flicks on Halford's long throw, the ball bounces off Surman and Friend stabs over.
23: Maierhofer again making a nuisance of himself going up with Kuszczak for a Friend free kick. The keeper spills the ball before retrieving it but it looked as though referee Steve Bennett would have blown for a foul in any case.
25: Chance for United as Rooney turns inside the area and sends in a low shot just wide. Took a deflection off Mancienne and is therefore a corner. Ball comes in and after being headed away is returned to sit up nicely for Vidic but he fires his half volley over.
29: PENALTY TO UNITED. Zubar handles a corner when going up for the ball. Clear penalty. Rooney steps up.
30: GOAL: ROONEY PEN 1-0. No mistake from the England striker.
33: De Laet makes a good break down the right and sends in a dangerous cross but Elokobi blocks well.
41: Wolves on the attack with a driving run fromm Zubar down the right. Dangerous cross too but no one making advances into the area to get on the end of it.
42: Castillo into the book for a late tackle on Valencia.
43: GOAL: VIDIC 2-0. United extend their lead as Vidic gets a powerful header on Gibson's corner. Hahnemann gets a hand on it but not enough to prevent the ball crossing the line.
45+1: Last action of the half sees Obertan drive in from the left but his shot is turned behind by Hahnemann and it's a corner.
HALF TIME: UNITED 2-0 WOLVES
46: Up and running again.
53: First real chance of the half falls to Wolves. First some neat interplay between Surman and Foley almost fashions an opening and then Maierhofer crosses to Surman who holds the ball up for Friend to fire over as he was quickly closed down.
54: Switch for Wolves with Iwelumo on for Maierhofer.
57: United on the attack and after a decent move Mancienne does well to nip in to clear from in front of Berbatov.
60: Switch for United with the second goalscorer Vidic making way for Fletcher.
61: Wolves make a change immediately afterwards with Jarvis on for Friend.
64: Gibson with a long range shot for United but straight at Hahnemann.
66: GOAL: VALENCIA 3-0. Classic goal from United. Deft chip over the top from Scholes is controlled and flicked over his head from Berbatov for Valencia to slam home a half volley.
69: Yellow card for Gibson for flying into a challenge with Castillo as the Wolves man fired a left foot shot wide.
70: Halford puts the resulting free kick over the bar.
71: Change for United with Wellbeck on for Obertan.
75: Wellbeck wriggles into space inside the area and tries to pick his spot with a shot which Hahnemann gathers cleanly.
76: Gibson then fires well over after being teed up by Berbatov.
77: Another change for both teams. Owen for Rooney for United, Jones for Halford for Wolves.
79: Rain now teeming down at Old Trafford. Wolves win a corner. Jarvis sends it in but Kuszczak takes despite being out under pressure by Elokobi. A foul in any case.
84: United attack again with Evra firing in a low drive from inside the area. Hahnemann parries, and then gets the ball away with his foot before Owen can snaffle the rebound.
85: Good break from Jarvis and the ball breaks to Surman who turns well inside the area but sees his shot blocked for a corner.

90: Three minutes of injury time to follow.
