It's official! Wolves have joined the Twitter revolution!

From now Wolves will officially be tweeting away on the social networking site keeping supporters informed up to the minute on all aspects of life at Molineux.

Twitter has become a worldwide phenomenon and is popular amongst the great and the good for its service offering short text-based updates for subscribers to each particular site.

A whole host of celebrities have become fully fledged followers of the Twitter revolution, from Jonathan Ross to Britney Spears and Lance Armstrong to Stephen Fry.

The facility was also used heavily by the campaign team during Barack Obama's successful bid for the United States Presidency.

Even for the uninitiated, it's simple and easy to follow.

Tweets will be posted on the site regularly on all manner of subjects, but it is worth pointing out that all breaking football news will still be issued first to subscribers to Wolves' Official SMS service (Click here for details).

There will however be footballing updates included on the site highlighting any stories of interest on the club's official website, while of course supporters can also ask questions which will be answered wherever possible!
