New signing Nenad Milijaš seems determined to make the most of his opportunity to play in the Premier League with Wolves.
He is fully aware of the tough challenges that lie ahead both for him and the team but he is clearly relishing the prospect.
He said: "Wolves are a very big club and I am delighted to have agreed to join. Hopefully I can come in and help Wolves in the Premier League and I am sure Wolves will help me in my career as well.
"I will give it my very best and hopefully next season Wolves can establish themselves in the league.
"For me the Premier League is the best and the hardest league in the world and it's been my ambition to play there for a long time.
"Every game is a very difficult game and also an important game. Hopefully I can help Wolves become a strong team in the league and I think the potential is there to do that."
Wolves weren't the only club targeting the midfielder who has been capped ten times by his country.
He explained: "I've done well for my national team over the last year and we've got some good results so I was aware there were clubs watching me.
"I decided that Wolves is the best club for me and was impressed by what I have seen here.
"Now that I have signed I am concentrating only on playing well for Wolves and helping them get some good results.
"I spoke to Mick McCarthy after the club gave me permission to. He seems like a great manager and even after just a few minutes talking I feel glad I am going to play for him.
"I've been told Wolves have been watching me for a long time but I didn't really know too much about it as I was just concentrating on playing my football.
"I can tell the fans that in every training session and every game I will be giving my maximum.
"I always give of my best and hopefully that is going to be good enough to help Wolves.
"I've been playing up until recently so will have two or three weeks off now before coming back for pre-season."
