Wolves officials today confirmed that the club is to undertake a two game pre-season tour to Australia.
The squad will fly out on Saturday July 4 and will return to England on July 17.
The city of Perth in Western Australia will be the party's base and the first game will be played on the 10th against Perth Glory at their home, the Members Equity Stadium.
Although it has yet to be confirmed, the likely opposition for the second match, on the 15th, will be a Western Australia State Select Side.
Wolves Travel Club will once again be offering an official supporters tour to Perth, including flights, accommodation and transfers and, of course, admission to both games.
Full details of the official supporters tour and tailor-made options will be available later today here on WOW.
Meanwhile, if you wish, you can contact Wolves Travel Club on: 0844 9840 825 or email groups@jtair.co.uk to register your interest.
Perth Glory are coached by Dave Mitchell who Mick McCarthy knows well from their days together at Millwall.
Mick said: "It will be a tremendous experience for the lads. Apparently the people at Perth Glory reckon that there will be 20,000 watching the games.
"We will doubtless have some new players on board by then and, with 12 days away, there will be the chance for a decent bit of team bonding.
"It will be good to meet up with Dave again and I'm looking forward to the trip itself as it will be my first time in Australia."
Wolves last tour 'Down Under' was in June 1972.
