Young Wolves striker Ashley Hemmings has joined League One side Cheltenham on a month's loan.

The 17-year-old, who recently put pen to paper on his first professional contract, has joined the Robins until March 22 and is set to go straight into the squad for tomorrow night's game with Millwall.

Ashley, who has been with Wolves since he was nine, will be looking forward to a first taste of senior football during his time at Whaddon Road.

He has impressed at Academy and reserve team level for Wolves, and was an unused substitute for the first team in the Championship game at Swansea in October.
