Fans are now being encouraged to vote for their Mitre Goal of the Year in the Football League - and Wolves actually boast TWO contenders.

The original list of one from each Football League club has been whittled down to a shortlist of 20, including the goal chosen by Wolves fans - Sylvan Ebanks-Blake's spectacular solo effort at Charlton last March.

But Molineux midfielder Stephen Gleeson is also in the mix for a long-range strike scored whilst on loan with Stockport against Wycombe in last season's League Two play-off semi finals.

The full list of contenders can now be viewed at the Football League website or Soccer AM where fans can also vote for their favourite. (Click here for details).

Viewers who vote will also have the chance to win a pair of tickets to the Football League Awards ceremony taking place at the prestigious Grosvenor House on Park Lane on Sunday March 29. 

A shortlist of ten will be decided by viewers' votes and the winner decided on the night when the scorer will be presented with the Mitre Goal of the Year Award for 2008.
