Midfielder Mark Davies this afternoon completed his move to Bolton on a four-and-a-half year-contract for an undisclosed fee.

After being on the sidelines for a large part of the last two years, Mark recently enjoyed an impressive loan spell at League One side Leicester City prior to today completing his switch to the Reebok Stadium.

"As both Mick (McCarthy) and myself have stated, we wanted to keep Mark at Wolves and offered him a long-term contract for that purpose," said Wolves' CEO Jez Moxey.

"Unfortunately he has decided he would like to move elsewhere but we would like to place on record our thanks for his efforts at Wolves and wish him all the best for the future."
