Posted on: Thu 15 Jan 2009

The great and the good connected with Wolverhampton Wanderers are descending on Molineux tonight for the inaugural and sellout Hall of Fame dinner.

The first six inductees into the Hall of Fame will be honoured at the Hayward Suite at the special event in front of a packed audience of VIPs, former Wolves greats and celebrities.

Three of the inductees - Ron Flowers, Derek Parkin and Steve Bull - will be present at the dinner while relatives of the three inductees who have passed on - Jackery Jones, Stan Cullis and Billy Wright - are attending by special invitation.

Stan's two children Andrew and Susan, Billy's daughter Vicky and Jackery's grandson Philip will be at Molineux for what promises to be a special evening.

The achievements of the six inductees will be honoured on stage via a series of video presentations as well as interviews with Wolves legends who are in attendance.

Wolves boss Mick McCarthy and other club officials will also be present for the inaugural dinner for the Hall of Fame, which is set to grow and develop further over the coming years.
