Wolves defender Mark Little has now completed a move to Northampton on an initial loan until September 20.

The deal has been finalised with a view to possibly being extended after Northampton's game with Huddersfield on that day.

Mark, who turned 20 earlier this week, had a successful three-month spell with the Cobblers last season, making 17 appearances between January and April.

The Wolves Academy graduate goes straight into the squad for tomorrow's game with Millwall.

Boss Mick McCarthy said:  "We haven't got a massive squad of players but Mark needs to play some football and we're fine in his position."
