Wolves go into Sunday's game with Plymouth knowing only a win will give them any chance of securing a place in the play-offs on the last day of the League season.
But the club will also have to rely on results elsewhere going for them - namely that Crystal Palace fail to beat Burnley at Selhurst Park or that Watford lose at Blackpool. Should Watord and Blackpool draw, Wolves would need to beat Plymouth by a three goal margin.
If Wolves are fortunate enough to end up in the top six, the ticket office have put contingency plans in place to sell for the home leg, which will take place the following weekend.
The play-off pairings will be:
First leg
6th v 3rd, Saturday May 10. KO 12.15pm
5th v 4th, Sunday May 11. KO 12 noon
Second leg
3rd v 6th, Tuesday May 13. KO 7.45pm
4th v 5th, Wednesday May 14. KO 7.45pm
HOWEVER, should Crystal Palace finish in fifth spot, 5th v 4th will move (at the request of the Metropolitan Police) to the Saturday with the reverse on the Tuesday.
