Musical Marcus The Cover Star

Posted on: Sat 19 Dec 2009

Marcus Hahnemann is the cover star for the matchday programme for Sunday's game with Burnley.

An extended interview with the American keeper in tomorrow's bumper 100-page edition not only talks about the start to his Wolves career and his World Cup hopes but also his taste in music. Rock on!

Elsewhere in tomorrow's edition David Jones dishes the dirt on his team-mates in the 'A to Z' feature and after taking some flak from Karl Henry in the Bolton programme it's fair to say he's trying to level things up.

While the latest quarter final of the Mind of Molineux quiz sees the Battle of the Big Men - Chris Iwelumo and Matt Murray.

The extensive history section recalls Wolves and Burnley clashes of yesteryear in Golden Days, Steve Gordos also looks back at the 1970 World Cup and there's an extensive interview with former Wolves and Burnley defender Geoff Palmer.

Also in tomorrow's edition:

·          All the usual columns from Mick McCarthy, Jez Moxey, Steve Weaver, Kevin Thelwell and Mick Halsall.

·          Medical Matters column with Steve Kemp talking about work of Wolves' massage therapists.

·          Exclusive column with Don Goodman - 'The Don'.

·          Three pages of your news and pictures in Fanzone.

·          Academy feature on Jack Price.

·          'Action Replays' from the games with Bolton and Tottenham.

·          The usual in-depth seven-page guide to visitors Burnley.

·          All the latest from the Commercial, Ticketing Departments and Young Wolves.

·          All the latest news and views from around the Premier League.

Despite the increase in pagination this year, and the new bound cover, the matchday magazine is still on sale for the same price as last season - £3.

Pick up yours from around Molineux on Sunday.
