New Book To Celebrate Two Wolves Legends

Posted on: Tue 22 Sep 2009

A fantastic 'must-have' book celebrating the careers of two of Wolves' greatest icons is soon to hit the shelves at the club's retail stores, and supporters who pre-order before October 5th can have their name printed into the book free of charge.

The new book which is due out in mid November is another 'labour of love' by local author David Instone, and features probably the two most famous Wolves players in the clubs history.

'Billy & Bully' is a stirring publication celebrating the careers of Billy Wright and Steve Bull and contains a number of surprise coincidences, plus stark contrasts that are more widely recognised.

Billy played 541 League and Cup games for Wolves and won 105 England caps, becoming the first man in the world to make 100 appearances for his country.

Bully appeared in 13 matches for England while amassing 306 goals for the club in 561 games. The duo's statistics are quite staggering!

The 192-page hard-back promises an evocative reminder of their magnificent deeds, complete with 16 pages of exclusive photographs.

It is a tribute with a difference - and fans can again have their names in the back for posterity and for no extra cost.

The book is priced at £17.99 and will make a great addition to your book collection or fantastic Christmas gift for any Wolves fan who remembers the Glory Days of either Billy or Bully!

Fans can order online today and then email mailorder@wolves.co.uk  with the name they wanted added at the back of the book. This is limited to a maximum of 25 characters.

Online orders will then be dispatched when the book is published in mid-November.

Supporters can also order in the official retail stores from Saturday September 26 and also fill in a pre-order form to have their name in the back of the book.

Don't miss out on the latest addition to the Wolves Official Book Collection!
