Wolves have unveiled plans for a Hall of Fame, with the first legends to be inducted at a specially arranged dinner on Thursday 15 January 2009.

A selection committee consisting of two Club executives, two Fans Parliament members, two Former Players' Association representatives and two members of the Press/ Media, supported by the Club's historians, has been formed to select the first group of Wolves legends from fans' nominations. The Wolves' Hall of Fame will be open to former players, managers and backroom staff or any other former Wolves representatives who have made a special and lasting contribution to the Club.

This announce reflects Owner and Chairman Steve Morgan's desire to direct more attention to better honouring the club's rich history - for both current and future generations of Wolves supporters. It is hoped that the Wolves' Hall of Fame will have a prominent and permanent home in a club museum, which will be built as part of any future redevelopment of Molineux. In the meantime, the Club is considering a number of options on how best to 'recognise' the first series of inductees who will take their place in this new initiative to celebrate the club's illustrious past.
