Family Club of the Year Nomination

The Family Club of the Year nomination is more recognition for the hugely successful Wolves 4 Family Football campaign.
It forms a major part of the club's long-term approach to attracting the next generation of Wolves' supporters.
Wolves 4 Family Football has a number of different elements, including the 'Family 4' ticketing offer, where families can buy 4 tickets for £40 at 4 specified games.
It has made football at Molineux even more accessible and affordable for families.
By the end of the season over 8000 Wolves 4 Family Football tickets will have been sold in addition to 2500 tickets per match which are offered in the club's Family Enclosure.
A massive 63% (6 in 10) of families attending one of the special Wolves 4 Family Football matches were experiencing a match at Wolves for the first time.
Wolves have recently confirmed that they will be offering a special family ticket offer next year, regardless of which league they are in.
Wolves have also launched a Family Information Centre based at Molineux, which is a one-stop-shop for families to find out everything they need to know to know about Wolves and the match day experience.
Wolves were also the first football club in the country to participate in the Child Safe initiative.
In addition, the club has offered FREE open training sessions and has participated fully in the Football League's 'Enjoy the Match' campaign, which has been developed to encourage a family-friendly atmosphere at games.
Community Club of the Year Nomination

During the last 12 months, Wolves has made a big step forwards in its award winning community schemes. Wolves has converted its Football in the Community scheme into a charity: now called the Wolves Community Trust.
This will now enable the Wolves Community Trust to access more third party funding to expand its range of community-based programmes.
Wolves' donations charity, Wolves Aid, now forms an important part of the new charitable trust. According to the Football League, Wolves Aid is the largest charity of its type in football donating thousands of pounds to local charities and community groups every year. This year alone, Wolves Aid has donated over £90,000 to local worthy causes.
The objectives of the Wolves Community Trust are: Health, Social Inclusion, Community Sports, Education and, now via Wolves Aid, community donations.
Today's Community Club of the Year nomination follows nominations for the club's community scheme in 2006 for Best Community Initiative (Dusk, Twilight and Midnight League) and 2007 for Community Club of the Year.
Jez Moxey, Chief Executive of Wolves, said: "It's always great to receive external recognition, especially when it is as prestigious as the Football League awards.
"Over the past 12 to 18 months we've completely changed our family match day experience. It is fair to say that the Wolves 4 Family Football campaign is probably amongst the most successful campaigns that we've ever carried out.
"The important thing to mention is that Wolves 4 Family Football is part of a long-term commitment to attract the next generation of Wolves supporters.
"It is underpinned by a combination of investment, via our Family Information Office and training of our colleagues, through to participation in the Child Safe programme and improving pre-match family entertainment.
"We are also particularly proud of the Wolves Community Trust. Charitable status for our football in the community scheme, combined with the work of our donations arm, Wolves Aid, means that we've been able to make even more of a difference to our local communities.
"All of our colleagues at the football club have a stake in these two nominations. Today's news is a really emphatic signal that the club is making very positive progress both on and off the pitch."
