After the weights and pilates sessions in the morning it was time for the footballs to come out at Wolves’ pre-season training base at Carton House Hotel, in front of a sizeable contingent of fans from the Irish Wolves Supporters Club.
Boss Ståle Solbakken took the session, small-sided exercises overseen by assistant manager Terry Connor and first team coach Johan Lange followed by a training match in which the manager led the way.
Solbakken also presented the Irish Wolves with a Wolves’ pennant at the end of training as the squad continue preparations for Sunday’s friendly at Bray Wanderers.
