Wolves have said thank you to Sportingbet after it was announced that their sponsorship of the Club will finish at the end of this current season.
The global online betting company have been main sponsors since June 2009 after originally signing a two-year deal.
They subsequently extended their agreement with the Club for another two years in the summer of 2010, whilst there was still one year remaining on the contract.
Sportingbet successfully sold their business to William Hill at the beginning of this year.
Jez Moxey, Wolves Chief Executive, said: “Sportingbet have been an outstanding sponsor of Wolves during the past four years and, on behalf of everyone at the Club, I’d like to offer our sincere thanks.
“In particular, Sportingbet’s Chief Executive, Andy McIver, and Finance Director, Jim Wilkinson, have been a great source of support and have become great friends of the Club.
“Sportingbet have organised some excellent fan and Club initiatives over the past four years, including the first team’s tour of Australia, along with numerous fan competitions and opportunities for supporters to engage with the Club in different ways.
“We’d like to wish everyone at Sportingbet all the very best for the future.”
