Wolves have been drawn away to fellow League One side Oldham Athletic in the first round of the FA Cup with Budweiser.
The two teams met at Molineux as recently as Tuesday night, when goals from James Henry and Leigh Griffiths earned Wolves a 2-0 victory on a rain-sodden evening.
The most recent meeting prior to that had actually been in the FA Cup, in the Third Round stage, back in 2007.
On that occasion the teams drew 2-2 at Molineux before Wolves ran out 2-0 winners in the replay at Boundary Park thanks to goals from Darren Potter and Craig Davies.
The two clubs had been paired together twice before that, also at the Third Round stage.
In the 1929/30 season the Latics won 1-0 while in the 1966/67 campaign Wolves won the replay at Molineux 4-1 after drawing 2-2 in the original tie.
The tie will be played over the weekend of November 9/10.
Ticket details will be announced as soon as they are finalised.
