Head Coach Kenny Jackett and a selection of Wolves players have joined fans today at the club’s annual Golf Day held at the renowned Astbury course in Shropshire.
Kenny was joined by skipper Samuel Ricketts, Carl Ikeme, Richard Stearman, Kevin McDonald, Matt Doherty, Anthony Forde, Lee Evans, Michael Jacobs and James Henry for the annual event staged for the second year at the course near Bridgnorth.
The 18 holes of golf will be followed by a dinner taking place at Molineux tonight.
Course professional at The Astbury is Irish Ryder Cup legend Darren Clarke, and it remains to be seen whether any of the Wolves contingent taking to the course would be able to produce a similar standard of golf!
"These days are always good fun and it's good to meet all the fans and have a game of golf," said Evans.
"I played last year and was 'bandit-ed off a little bit as they weren't too sure about my handicap!
"A few of the lads are pretty good to be fair - I think Jimmy Henry will be the favourite and Mac (Kevin McDonald) on his day is good as well.
"We'll see how it goes!"
