Tuesday night’s match at Molineux against Oldham Athletic saw the launch of Corporate Wolves’ new concept, ‘Business Match’.
An event aimed at bringing people together through the power of networking, ‘Business Match’ provided like-minded business people with the perfect opportunity to generate contacts and leads in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, before sitting back in some of the best seats in the house to watch Wolves secure a much deserved 2-0 win.
The inaugural event saw over 40 local business people create, share and enhance their connections, with many business people and key decision makers from across the Midlands being present.
Guests were treated to a keynote address from Wolves Chief Executive Jez Moxey coupled with an appearance from Wolves’ all-time leading goal scorer Steve Bull.
Some of the guests on the evening described it as one of the most successful networking events they had ever been to.
Bal Chumba Business Development Manager of ICM Ltd said:
“It was a fantastic night and we made some good contacts. To top it off, actually being able to chat to the Chief Executive was amazing. The hospitality was faultless. I cannot wait for the next one.”
Greg Richards, Head of Business Development at Connexica was another satisfied customer:
“I really enjoyed attending the event. It was well structured networking event and, as a result, I have made a number of contacts which I will be following up on.”
“The Q & A with Jez Moxey was very interesting and overall very good value for money.
“I’m already looking forward to the next Business Match event.”
Victoria Collett of WhatHouse? described Business Match as being “a fresh and innovative method of networking”.
Corporate Wolves will be developing and enhancing the Business Match umbrella by creating different events and formats that will cover a diverse range of networking needs.
