A night of boxing is to take place at Molineux in November, to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital in a campaign backed by Wolves defender Jody Craddock.
Craddock’s son Toby is currently undergoing treatment for leukaemia at the hospital, which is fundraising to improve Ward 15, which is the Children’s Ward.
Wodensborough Boxing Club, based in Wednesbury, will be taking on their counterparts at Norwich City in front of a distinguished panel of guests.
Organisers expect guests to include former British super middleweight Michael Watson, heavyweight Joe Egan – who was once Mike Tyson’s sparring partner – Super Bantamweight Champion Spencer Oliver and 2012 Olympic bronze medallist Anthony Ogogo.
Craddock himself also expects to be at the black-tie event, which will also feature a three course meal, raffle and sports memorabilia auction.
