Irish under 21 international Anthony Forde has joined Scunthorpe United on loan until the end of the League One club’s season.
The midfielder was a shock inclusion in the Wolves first team last season when Mick McCarthy gave him a Premier League debut in the Christmas holiday fixture against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
Anthony’s only first team outings prior to that was as a substitute in the Carling Cup tie at Northampton and then from the bench in the Premier League game at Chelsea.
He was to make a total of five Premier League outings – two as a substitute.
In the current campaign, he has made 16 appearances with 12 of them coming from the bench.
