Jason Guy, Chairman of Jody’s Testimonial Committee, said: “On behalf of Jody’s Testimonial Committee I’d like to thank Kenny, Sam and the host for the evening, Tom Ross, for giving up their time to take part in what is set to be a very special night, giving fans the chance to put their questions straight to the Gaffer and the Captain.

“100% of the money raised will go to Jody’s Testimonial fund, with Birmingham Children’s Hospital benefitting as the official charity of the Testimonial Year.”
